Take the night off from cooking, and support Mrs. Baker by purchasing a meal from Mimmo’s and dessert from Sweet Ride Ice Cream for easy curbside pick on May 4th between 5:15pm-5:30pm in Northridge (1 Ridge Ct, Mohnton). How does the Family Meal PopUp work?
On the day of your PopUp, simply swing by for easy curbside pick up between 5:15pm-5:30pm. You will receive a reminder for pick up email with exact location address and driving directions the morning of the PopUp. No need to get out of your car, simply give your name to the local restaurant staff on site and they will place your meal in your passenger seat through the window or wherever you prefer. Easy! Fast! Delicious!
YES! If you prefer to pick up at Mimmo’s on 5/4 - you can! Contact heather@doitlocalberks.com to ensure funds are still donated back to Mrs. Baker.
Option 2: GM Gear Sale!
Order any of the GM Merchandise from our Do It Local Mifflin Online Store and choose Mrs. Baker Fundraiser at checkout for the organization you are supporting & Mrs. Baker will receive 25% of your purchase!

Option 3: Lemonade Stand
Colton hosted an Alex’s Lemonade Stand last summer (before school started & before Mrs. Baker was diagnosed with cancer). This photo was the first time Colton met his amazing 2nd Grade Teacher, when she surprised him and patronized his Alex’s Lemonade Stand! She read about his efforts for raising funds for children battling cancer in the Reading Eagle article and recognized Colton on her new student list for the upcoming school year- so she made sure to be one of the first customers of the day to support Colton! Talk about a dedicated & encouraging teacher.
Now Colton wants to host a Lemonade Stand to raise funds for Mrs Baker!
Swing by anytime between 4pm-6pm on May 4th to purchase lemonade, Sweet Street Rice Krispie Treats, and any remaining GM Gear on site. (Even if you don’t buy a Meal from the PopUp Mimmo’s Fundraiser!)
100% of Lemonade sales will go directly to Mrs Baker!

Optional Book Share for Kids!
A table will also be set up on May 4th with children’s books for any kids who stop by to take home with them! These are all donated books from local families who have outgrown them.
If you happen to find a few gently used children books while you are Spring Cleaning, please consider bringing them along to add to the table. Any extras after the event will be donated to the Do It Local Children’s Book Share Boxes around town.
Mrs. Baker loved reading! She taught her students over the past 34 years the importance of reading - so we thought a book table was only appropriate while supporting this amazing teacher!
